We at the Colorado Springs Chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (interNACHI). We are dedicated in staying informed about all issues pertaining to the Real Estate Industry.  We meet on a monthly basis to discuss topics lead by leading, licensed contractors in the field such as: HVAC, Electrical, Structural, Roofing, Radon, Mold, Lead paint, and of course changes in the home inspection industry.  All InterNACHI members that attend will receive 1 Continual Education Unit for attending, this is important due to the fact that in order to be an InterNACHI certified property inspector you must complete 24 CEU's per year.

 

Our meeting is open to all interested in the Real Estate industry; Property Inspectors, Realtors, Contractors, and prospective property inspectors can gain immensely by attending on a regular basis.  InterNACHI is the leading certification entity in the WORLD pertaining to property inspections.
