Chris Watson is a Council Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CCIEC), Council certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS) and a Professional member of the International Code Council and the Indoor Air Quality Association.  He focuses assessments and repairs of defective buildings that have mold, moisture and Radon issues.

 

Chris's presentation to the Colorado InterNACHI members will show some of the construction defects found on commercial and residential properties and what was done to remediate the problem.  He will also talk about environmental issues and some of the health issues involved with homes and commercial buildings.
