Welcome to Southern Colorado NACHI. The Southern Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors website.

Our Chapter meetings are held on the Second Thursday  of the Month each month.

Our chapter was started 2005 to assist in getting continuing education for Home Inspectors in Southern Colorado. Members of all associations are welcome to attend our meetings and classes. Our meetings are open to all. (All Inspectors regardless of association, Real Estate Professionals, Media and Home buyers and sellers.) We will meet monthly and get local speakers to come in and educate home inspector's on various topics. In addition to monthly meetings, we will also schedule some classes offered locally and state wide on topics to help you increase your knowledge, business and assist the consumer.
